RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and optimizing content strategies for influencers in close collaboration with Artist & Campaign Managers.
- Participating in weekly updates with influencers and the team to review strategies and provide feedback.
- Creating and presenting regular Trend Reports featuring viral hypes, content formats, and creative ideas.
- Analyzing and evaluating published content regarding performance, quality, and brand fit.
- Proactively researching current social media trends and innovative content formats.
- Creating content recommendations and presentations to help artists develop their creative presence.
- Coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of campaign content.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in content, social media, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent sense for social media trends, pop culture, and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail and quality.
- Structured and independent work style combined with creativity and team spirit.
- Very good English skills (additional languages are a plus).

As a Content Strategist (m/f/d), you will act as the interface between our Artist & Campaign Managers and Creators. You will support the team in continuously developing content strategies for influencers and ensuring that content remains relevant, up-to-date, and impactful. You will keep an eye on the latest social media trends and provide creative impulses to increase reach, engagement, and brand impact. A central part of your work is creating a regular Trend Report—an inspiring overview of current social media, content, and pop culture trends. You will share this with our artists, discuss new developments, and derive ideas for creative content approaches and formats that serve as inspiration for their own content development.
