RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative concepts & strategies for brands – turning ideas into clear and compelling guiding principles
- Provide conceptual & strategic support for brand positioning, campaigns, and creative platforms
- Craft storytelling & narratives that connect brands with culture
- Create inspiring creative briefs that challenge our team and maximize creative output
- Conduct trend & audience research to develop data-driven, culturally relevant concepts
- Source the right creators & talent for brand collaborations and content strategies
- Develop and structure concept presentations – translating complex ideas into clear, impactful decks
- Work closely with the strategy and creative team to shape concepts from ideation to execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Initial experience (2-4 years) in an agency or in brand/creative strategy
- Strong conceptual thinking & analytical skills – you develop ideas with depth and clarity
- Understanding of brands, pop culture, and digital trends – you know what moves people
- A keen sense for storytelling & brand communication – you think in narratives and creative mechanics
- Proficiency in creating presentations & concept documents – you structure and communicate ideas clearly
- Passion for social media, entertainment & digital platforms
- Hands-on mentality & team spirit – you actively contribute and collaborate effectively
- Excellent communication skills – in German & English
