RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and keeping track of newest trends (lifestyle, fashion, music, arts)
- Support the day-to-day operations and get a 360° insight into agency life
- Manage and shape our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok)
- Help organize and run internal events & team initiatives
- Assist with office management, reception, and feel-good management
- Support project teams on topics like budget tracking, asset orders & project documentation
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, welcome clients & guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as pre-accounting & document management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled at a German university
- Strong sense of trends & passion for social media
- Proven organizational skills & structured way of working
- Independent, hands-on working style with a proactive mindset
- High level of ownership, reliability & responsibility
- Team spirit, flexibility & excellent communication skills (German & English)
- Solid skills in MS Office / Google Workspace
